Apartment Description
Our upper unit was renovated in in June 2021. The renovations included new flooring, fresh paint, updated appliances, smart devices and décor. It offers four bedrooms; two with two twin beds (can be converted to a king) and two with queen size beds. There are two private bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room and large screened in porch. The living room is spacious with two large couches (one sofa bed), reclining chair and a 50" TV.

We take pride in our property and expect all guests to follow our house rules.
- Check-in after 3pm EST. Flexible check-in by keyless entry.
- Check-out before 10am EST
- No smoking or vaping of any kind
- No parties
- Please be respectful of neighbors
- Parking is limited to a maximum of two cars
- Dispose of trash in bins upon departure
- Washer and dryer available between 10am and 6pm
- 50% deposit at time of booking / Full non-refundable payment due within 90 days of check-in
