Welcome to our Low Tide unit, a completely remodeled space that was thoughtfully updated in 2023. With brand-new flooring, fresh paint, modern furniture, upgraded appliances, smart devices, and stylish décor, this unit offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It features two bedrooms: one with two twin beds (which can be converted into a king) and the other with a full-size bed. There’s also a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large screened-in porch for enjoying the fresh air. The spacious living room includes two large couches (one of which is a sofa bed), a reclining chair, and a 50" TV, providing plenty of room to unwind after a day at the beach. Whether you're here for a weekend or a week, our Low Tide unit is the perfect spot for your Old Orchard Beach getaway.

50 inch Flat Screen TV
Enjoy our Samsung Smart TV that offers multiple channels for your viewing pleasure. Guests may also login to their personal accounts for Netflix and other apps.

Each unit comes with a welcome package for our guests to enjoy which includes information about the surrounding restaurants and attractions.
Family Friendly
We are a family oriented property that offers beach toys, boogie boards, board games, puzzles, books and more for the whole family to enjoy.
Security Lock
Units secured using keyless entry which will be uniquely coded for each guests stay.
Laundry Services
Each unit has access to a shared laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and iron board. There is also laundry lines for those who prepare hang drying.
Outdoor Shower
Enjoy an outside shower after a day on the beach to rinse off.
Picnic and Grill
Relax outside on our picnic tables while enjoying a BBQ.
Off-Street Parking
Two dedicated parking spots are available to each unit.
HOUSE RULES
We take pride in our property and expect all guests to follow our house rules.
- Check-in after 3pm EST. Flexible check-in by keyless entry.
- Check-out before 10am EST
- No smoking or vaping of any kind
- No parties
- Please be respectful of neighbors
- Parking is limited to a maximum of two cars
- Dispose of trash in bins upon departure
- Washer and dryer available between 10am and 6pm
- 50% deposit at time of booking / Full non-refundable payment due within 90 days of check-in
